The 20th BRAAS Festival
It’s easy to remember! 2010 was our 10th birthday and 2020 would have been our 20th!
It was never going to go ahead although a way back in February/March there were hopes that by September there might have been a shred of light showing through the bottom of our glass.
But not to be. Covid has beaten us all!
Like so many other activities, this is not going to be a good year for festivals of any size or description and BRAASFest is no different.
Our Sponsors
By this time of the year, we would have welcomed our sponsors for 2019 to our annual Pie & Pint Night to thank them for their support. And, of course, to encourage them to support the next festival.
Over the years almost all have done just that and some have been with us since 2001!
So, we would like to take this opportunity to thank both them and all those who supported us last year (in alphabetical order):-

2020 Theme
Before the lockdown, as in every other year since 2001, a theme had been chosen and planning underway.
The theme was going to be the 75th anniversary of Bo’ness United Football Club but that now looks like it might have to wait until their centenary. At least, we won’t have to spend too much time discussing the theme for 2045! 😃
I’m sure that all our visitors, past and present, like us, are bitterly disappointed but we can’t control what we can’t control!
All we can do now is look forward and plan for the future when this crisis is behind us.
The good news will be an even bigger 21st Birthday Party in 2021 to which you are all invited!
